HIGH FREQUENCY SCREEN
KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens' high frequency screens are engineered to provide higher production capacities and more efficient sizing compared to conventional screens. High frequency screens feature aggressive vibration applied directly to the screen that allows for the highest capacity in the market for removal of fine material, as well as chip sizing, dry manufactured sand and more.

High frequency screens provide an aggressive screen vibration directly applied to the screen media that allow for the highest screen capacity in the market for fines removal, chip sizing, dry manufactured sand and more.
These screens range from 6' x 6' up to 6' x 24' in single, double and triple deck configurations depending on screen model. Multiple configurations for high frequency screens are available in stationary, portable or mobile screening solutions depending on application needs. Stationary processing systems can be configured with either a traditional I-Beam or Modular structure design.

HORIZONTAL SCREENS
Horizontal Screens from KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens deliver high productivity in a low-profile package. The triple-shaft design employs an oval motion stroke pattern that generates a more aggressive screening action to reduce plugging and blinding while providing extended bearing life. These innovations, in conjunction with other features like huck-bolt construction and a triple-shaft design, ensure our horizontal screens are the most durable and efficient screens available.
CASCADE SCREENS
The Cascade Incline Screen from KPI-JCI is a simple, proven and reliable design that features an externally moving vibrating mechanism that is engineered for efficiency and reduced cost of operation. The screen is available in either oil or grease lubrication, providing options for operators who may prefer oil bath lubrication for its ability to test for contaminants and establish trending, or for those who prefer the simplistic nature of greasing screen bearings on a routine basis to ensure lubrication is performed. And because different materials, screen opening and conditions favor various stroke lengths, the Cascade Screens adjustable throw allows for maximum separation and increased effi ciency. KPI-JCI knows that as your screen ages, it is not always cost-effective to replace or modify the entire support structure or chassis, KPI-JCI can collect data on your aging machine and design and build you a replacement “drop-in” unit to minimize interruption in production.
